A fee of 50% advance payment is applicable for placing orders.

The Cake orders may get changed and re-customized to your liking subject to unavailability / shortage of any material required whatsoever. Secondly, cake orders may get cancelled with payment refund due to any natural hazards/calamities/government lockdowns, etc.

Cancellation Policy:

Order cancellation done before 24 hours of the delivery date will get full 100% refund (applicable for cakes of half kg and above).

However, a 50% non-refundable fee will get applied if the orders are cancelled within the 24 hours prior to delivery.
